Resources:
Bay Area Community Resources (BACR): if you’re feeling depressed, anxious, or
stressed talk to your School Counselor about a referral to a BACR mental health
counselor, they’re located on campus 4 days a week and it’s free!

Novato Teen Clinic: offers free, confidential reproductive and mental health care for
teens ages 12-25. Staff is LGBTQ+ knowledgeable and Spanish speaking.
Call/text: 415-985-5012

Individual and Family Therapy: If you or a family member would like mental health
services outside of school, North Marin Community Services offers affordable individual
and family therapy in English and Spanish. To get started, call to speak with a Mental
Health Navigator: (415) 892-1643, x 239.


The Crisis Text Line: Text HELP to 741741, they offer free, 24/7, confidential crisis
counseling via text and is a great place to turn when experiencing anxiety, depression,
substance use, suicidal ideation, or anything in between.
