Humans of San Marin: October 31, 2018

nate hosm“I’m not really proud of anything I’ve done, if that makes sense. There’s nothing that sticks out to me as: ‘you’re good because you’ve done this.’ I don’t think there’s anything I’ve done in my life that warrants being super proud of. That sounds really sad, but that’s why I try to work really hard in school so that I could feel proud of something, like maybe getting into a good college. Everything I’ve done, I just feel like it’s necessary. I haven’t won any crazy awards or anything. Getting as far as I have in school just seems like what was expected of me. So I don’t really see it as an accomplishment.” (12th)
