Varsity girls volleyball reaches state championship

On Saturday, November 25, the varsity girls volleyball team defeated the Mt. Madonna Hawks in five sets to win the regional championship of the California Interscholastic Federation division five tournament. With the win, the Mustangs traveled down to Orange County on Thursday, November 30 to play the Maranatha Christian Eagles on Friday, December 1 for the state championship. This appearance marks the first time ever the volleyball team has made it to the state finals.
